"The thing that I appreciate the most about AMD is that if / when I cannot find an answer to an issue that I am facing through the extensive library of training and support videos and articles, the support desk is just a phone call away and are always quick to resolve my issues."
"I love the ability to send out my custom ratings to each patient prior to the appointment, refer to them in the appointment, and have them built into the final note. "

"We are a 300 employee billing company, pay a lot to ADVMD and can rarely ever get a person to help us with immediate issues."
"The AMD team has made it clear they are not going to restore this feature in response to the heated negative feedback in the "Suggestions"/feedback box. "
"Worst part is their contract has limits to their liability so even though their breach in contract resulted in over $630,000 in contractually adjusted charges for surgeries and another $300k in E/M collections, they only are responsible for paying $9k in both actual and punitive damages."
