"I paid for access to run a single academic event — expecting, based on onboarding advice, that I could manage everything from ticketing to hosting within the platform. When that proved false, I had to scramble to find workarounds, which created confusion for participants and eventually led to the event being cancelled. Despite this, and despite raising concerns in good time, I received no support or refund."
