Pros:

The app is easy to enter and find information - overall ease of use.

Cons:

The feature I like least is the view when making payments. It is not as easy to see individual payments of a certain payee

Información Blitz, uso y funcionalidad

Se pueden ejecutar diversos esquemas o planes de compensaciones Se visualizan y obtienen reportes de cualquier tipo Información implementada de acuerdo a lo que requiere la empresa Flujo y proceso automatizado con las reglas predeterminadas por el usuario Mayor control en los movimientos de empleados, incentivo, modificaciones de los esquemas Se pueden implementar nuevos campos de información para el cálculo y consideración de acuerdo a las necesidades del usuario Personalización de la plataforma

Pros:

Ha sido de gran utilidad para la administración, ejecución, cálculo y pago de remuneraciones variables pudiendo ser dinámico ye integral ya que anteriormente en sistemas previos la implementación de nuevas reglas o funcionalidades requería bastante tiempo lo que impactaba en en la eficacia y eficiencia del pago a la fuerza de ventas. La implementación fue un tanto complicada principalmente por la transmisión de la información al equipo de soporte sin embargo fluyo de manera correcta y rápida posterior a lograr una sinergia en los datos, información, entendimiento, etc.

Cons:

Mencionaría como mejora principal, que el envió de los pagos no sea cada media hora como es el caso actual además de que no se segmente o haga bloques de máximo mil movimientos; por otro lado teníamos problemas con la visualización de la información para envió de pago sin embargo se realizó actualmente una mejora la cual corrige el que no se apreciaran los datospor el envió debido a la gran cantidad de movimientos existentes en el sistema. Fue complicado hacer la integración de los sistemas con Profuturo pero fue debido a que en la empresa aún se manejan reitero, sistemas "viejos" con tecnología muy cuadrada o limitada.

Más practicidad y primeramente de manera visual mayor facilidad de adaptación además de verificar los alcances que se pueden obtener y realizar conla herramienta.

Para facilitar las modificaciones requeridas por el área Comercial, implementar nuevas líneas de negocio y reglas. Mayor alcance e información a Fuerza de Ventas.

Blitz

We liked using Blitz for a while but once there is too much information in Blitz it is difficult to become organized while using Blitz.

Pros:

Blitz gives you the ability to add tags and create multiple lists in order for sales reps to have their own lists based on territories. Blitz has an option to send emails in order to track if the emails being sent are effective based on open rate and click rate, too.

Cons:

Blitz can be hard to manage and keep track of when you have multiple sales reps using the software. The tags that are used can be multiplied quickly and with duplicates, so it can be tough to audit the list and effectiveness of a campaign.

Needs Automaion

I was hoping the new version would solve the problems it just made more. Now it doesn't even read additional invoices or anything with a - DOn't see us renewing next year at this rate, sad to say i had high hopes for blitz

It is user friendly and when it works it works great, the ability to export really helps as well

Cons:

It is not automated, customer dates don't always sync, doesn't sync with QB, doesn't do RMA's, and no you have to put orders in review and save before being able to approve. Adds WAY too much time to an already tedious process...

No utilizo el software, sin embargo, ha sido una herramienta que cubre con las necesidades de los usuarios de negocio para el cálculo de comisiones y bonos de los socios comerciales con calidad y eficiencia.

Es una herramienta flexible ya que se pueden ejecutar diversos planes de compensación. Tienes la oportunidad de personalizar tanto campos para el cálculo como reportes, dashboards, etc.

Cons:

Por toda la información que ya tenemos dentro del sistema en algunos momentos tarda un poco para realizar algunas tareas pero en realidad no es algo que entorpezca los procesos. Es una oportunidad de mejora porque en realidad solo tarda unos cuantos minutos más
