Great for offering value added services covering sustainability

Its been excellent. On boarding and and training was easy and our customers really like it.

Pros:

It doesn't touch our systems so is very easy to give a go which was a big benefit. The data provided is really comprehensive but easy to understand and the team at Interact really know their stuff so there is a lot of value in engaging with them on how to make the best decisions possible. We use it primarily to advise customers on better configurations for their server hardware. We have lots of experience but its great to also be able to show our customers the environmental and energy benefit of their choices.

Cons:

There wasn't anything i didn't like but maybe a video demo would have been useful prior to us getting our first face to face demo.

Useful for demonstrating product life extension

Very good onboarding and excellent customer support whenever we needed it.

Pros:

It very clearly demonstrates the cost, carbon and energy savings of configuration or hardware changes. This is great for us as we can focus on benefits of component level upgrades on systems and Interact allows us to help the customer find the sweet spot for configuration changes. The report is really nice and easy to follow which reduces the training time needed to make the most of it.

Cons:

Not really a negative but there is a lot of functions we don't use. Such as the server evaluation tools and DC reports. Might be good if it could be configured to hide those for us?
