"My most recent "win" was adding a voicemail attachment to a residents chart so all staff could hear the message or refer back to it - meaning all files can be uploaded not just your standard .pdf, .jpg, but all files including .mp4."

"There are small glitches sometimes, like I you open a form while editing another one, the system will sometimes get confused about which form you are in."
