"For the past week, I've experienced my notes page freezing in the middle of taking data with a client and have had to lose my data or copy and paste into my Iphone notes app, refresh the Fusion page, and then paste my notes back into the note."
"Fusion doesn't allow you to create fee schedules for different insurance companies, so billing can be difficult to reconcile and reports dealing with actual dollars aren't accurate."
"I think a foundational issue with Fusion, however, is that the whole system needs an overhaul to keep up with technology and the needs of clinics. While Fusion does add features (i.e. intake paperwork last year), it takes a long time to get anything added, and there are underlying issues (like the fee schedules) that have been requested for a long time."
