Don't hesitate to use the best Short Term Rental website builder in the business - BOOSTLY

Excellent company. What makes us loyal to Boostly is the way they care for the Boostly members with bootcamp training and other opportunities to learn about best practices in our industry. Of all the places we gather information, Boostly has been at the top because they are helping us drive drive direct booking business - not just OTA strategies.

Pros:

The full service option was the way for to go with 16 properties. Boostly helped us from start to finish with the design and functionality. We also hired someone to help us write our copy. Boostly was the only web designer that understood how to integrate with our PMS and all the constantly changing new tech available in our industry. We are so glad we didn't go with an independent private web designer.

Cons:

It's a process and it took 4 months to get the site just right. Once it was done we found other problems that needed attention. It takes a week or more to resolve issues with their help system. But they are improving and we are excited for our new 3.0 site that is in the works.

Boostly has completely changed my business

Pros:

I had been in the hospitality industry offering short term holiday rental properties for about 3 years when I discovered [sensitive content hidden] and Boostly. Before Boostly I had done some content marketing but didn’t really understand much about it. Thanks to joining Boostly, my content marketing has changed beyond recognition and has really helped me to increase direct bookings instead of relying on online travel agents. Boostly keeps me up to date with all the changes so I can be ahead of the game, and the regular contact and learning opportunities ensure my continued success. Boostly is also a community of supportive like-minded accommodation owners. I’m so pleased I joined, it’s been worth every penny and highly recommend that all accommodation owners join Boostly to increase their direct bookings.

Cons:

I cannot think of one thing I do not like about Boostly.

I'm no longer Boosted, more letdown and decieved.

Great hopes and expectations built on the wonderful marketing machine that is 'Boostly' were never fulfilled.

Amazing PR and marketing, excellent advice on social media and jazzy website design. You will always get a BUZZ from visiting their social channels.

Cons:

Very poor level of support provided when we really needed it. Price increase from £9.99 per site per month to £25 March 2023. Then fourteen months later it goes up to £97 per month per site with less than two weeks notice. The almost 'cult' like status of the "Community", any posts that start to receive negative comments soon get closed to new posts.

The website team is working diligently with me to build my new website. They guide you step by step in the info gathering process. They guide you in how to build SEO for the site. The direct marketing initiative is taught, as well as supported daily with new activities to help each other boost our social media posts, listings, etc. The FREE and sometimes very reasonably priced classes taught me much more than I knew I needed to know. I would highly recommend all things Boostly to business owners who need help with a Boost.

[sensitive content hidden] is down to earth and a good educator. He knows the industry from first hand experience. He makes the learning palatable and removes obstacles to action taking. He care about the community of Boostly members and understands that we are not all IT savvy or marketing experts. He stands with owners, representing their interests and giving advice on how to navigate the world of OTAs so that we can achieve independence and protect our businesses from their massive influence.

Cons:

Once you learn what you could be doing to get more direct bookings you start beating yourself up for not getting on with it.

I’d be lost without Boostly

Before joining Boostly, I relied heavily on the OTAs to secure bookings for my Glamping site. Within a month of joining boostly and with the support of [sensitive content hidden] and his team I had made back the joining fee in direct bookings. A year on I am now over 80% direct bookings which is increasing month to month.

Boostly first and foremost is the most supportive and helpful group for anyone in the hospitality sector, this alone is well worth joining. From free training, content creator, the vault with videos and podcasts answering any question you could possibly have and the amazing website design & support - Boostly has it all. I would 100% be lost without Boostly and it has made me so confident in my business and my forward going plans!

Pros:

They make everything so easy. You tell them you want a new website and you have a face to face online meeting, and they talk you through what's the best website option for you. Then you just answer their online questions and send in photos, and they do all the magic for you! They are also so quick to respond if any help is ever needed. I also love their extra help and advice/training.

Cons:

I can't think of any way Boostly could improve right now, apart from doing all the SEO work maybe! But think they have their hands full!

Boostly-UK is THE software to help increase STR bookings

Big fan since always get quick feedback and help as needed. The resources to learn are vaste and at no extra cost. Tried several other trainings but Boostly's [sensitive content hidden] and staff have developed an incredible community that will help both small [1-5 properties] and larger companies increase their business.

Learn how to book your short term rentals direct

I started following [sensitive content hidden] of Boostly several years ago. About a year ago I got serious about direct booking and started using Boostly to learn how to attract guests booking direct. So far it’s working and I have more and more direct bookings daily. You do have to do the work though. It’s not set it and forget it like listing your property on an OTA.

Cons:

There’s nothing not to love about being taught how to make more money and have control of your rental business.

Pros:

Boostly - Founded and set up by [sensitive content hidden] well before I entered the STR business, which was around 3 yrs ago. There is always good practical advice to be found in his communities and in fact I have just completed a 5 day online bootcamp learning a lot more about instagram with [sensitive content hidden], it was so useful and informative. Which comes as no surprise as [sensitive content hidden] always over delivers on anything he does. I highly recommend the original Boostly run by [sensitive content hidden]

Cons:

I have not found any yet and I am pretty fussy when it comes to level of service and value.
