It has every possible feature you can think of when it comes to ecommerce promotions. And it's relatively easy to setup and make it do what you need.

Since it has a tons of features you can get overwhelmed by all the data that's needed to create a promotion, just keep the knowledge base handy!

It is very dynamic. We seem to run some very odd combinations of coupon codes and this is the only software to fully handle it. From BOGO deals, to user-role discounts, to "once your cart hits THIS amount THEN you get this product for free. Things like that. I had searched for other plugins—of course everyone searches for the free plugins first— but I came up shorthanded. WIth how well built out this plugin is, their support, and documentation, it just FEELS right to pay someone for their amazing work. It's the only one that can fully handle all aspected of coupons and discounts.

There definitely is a learning curve to this software. It's amazing but it does require a lot of mindfulness to make sure you're not crossing your wires. For example, our company likes to occasionally give a free product when a different product is added to the cart. We like to make sure the free product comes out of inventory, but we also want to have it be a "free surprise gift" in the customer's cart. (I.e. we don't want to hassle the customer to put the product in... we just want it to magically appear in their cart as a free product.) This is definitely doable with this plugin but it wasn't exactly intuitive. I had to put free product in its own category and shuffle things around until it worked. Thank goodness there is a way to clone the coupon so I can easily recreate when we switch out the promo product! Maybe a few more tutorials would be nice and helpful. The ones they had were good but I felt like there were steps and snags that were not fully covered. But hey! It's always nice to use your own deductive reasoning to figure out chain reactions. That's a cool skill to learn. :)

The plugin solves many difficulties with WooCommerce. Not only are the features in the coupon code settings extended to be much more customizable for each deal, but it also adds store credits, loyalty program and other features that are important for us and our customers.

At times there have been major updates that changed how core functionality works. At those times, I would only find out from my customers that something was not working and I would need to edit settings to fit the new system.

I'm able to create a coupon for a bundle of products so that the user can select either one or a certain number of each category and check out with the whole bundle either discounted or totally free. It's very handy for creating a kit that you want to offer either free or at a discount.

Not really a con, but it would be cool to be able to offer free shipping but only on select items within the cart that the coupon applies to. We currently have to do some math to figure out what the shipping costs are for the bundled items and set the coupon shipping discount to that amount.

I love the fact that the there is a loyalty program associated with this plugin and also store credit can be given through the loyalty program to reward customers.

So far, I have not experienced any cons. This plugin has been amazing for my marketing with being able to create coupons quickly and efficiently.

We use the BOGO features a lot. This is something that has come in handy for our customers and we couldn't find it anywhere else.

Nothing really. Because it's feature-rich it has a slight learning curve but they supply lots of great documentation to help.

it has pretty much everything i needed and more and the support is great

what i like least is the dependency and warry for updates - if a bug occures my checkout proccess is damaged. once there was a bug and clients couldnt use their coupn. luckuly support was fast but it does scare me to be depended . also the use of certain features is not so understandble and though i found solutions i am to this day not sure i am using it correctly. video that showcase use is needed for adding products to cart vs bogo deals - it's not clear how things work together

I have a specific need that only this plugin solve, its allow my shop admin to add a custom discount and really turning my website into Point Of Sales without need to buy additional feature or other plugin.

There's no option to put the custom discount into the standard discount data bracket.

Great range of discounting options for physical products.

Nothing. Support has been top notch with any questions I've had and they implement requests for new functionality.
