"Unfortunately, Aesthetic Record often became an obstacle rather than a helper for our team. Because the platform charges “per user,” it automatically logs each account out after brief inactivity; on our shared iPads, that meant front-office and clinical staff were re-entering passwords about twice an hour—usually in front of a waiting patient."
"They update the app constantly which interrupts charting and does not allow you to save your LONG NOTES because of a forced update. If you have multiple ipads that need updating this is a constant battle."
