    Positive thus far. Customer support has been fantastic and very responsive if there has been an issue. In general, this software helps us maintain compliance with State Certification.

    The most useful aspect of this software is the ability to generate a PDF report of a certain training that includes the link to the actual document or test that the employee reviewed. This is very helpful for compliance and proof of receipt of various items, both for admin or HR purposes.
    Cons:
    There are some bugs and some of the features are not clearly flushed out. There are some resources and videos to help explain how things work but these could use some improvements.

    Cons:
    Some features are a bit difficult to figure out/navigate although the company is very responsive to any requests for change are made. PMAM have been working diligently to make the software more user friendly.

    Overall, we have had a positive experience and we were able to upload and assigned all policies, forms, manuals, and other documents with ease. The support team is responsive and willing to make updates and address any issues.

    PMAM allows us to easily upload policies and make modifications within the platform. Any changes are tracked and easily identifiable for users. The system integrates with current MPAC standards, and allows auditing of the agency accreditation compliance progress. We also the training module to assigned and track training completion as part of the proofs for agency accreditation.
    Cons:
    The home page is not customizable and some users have difficulty with the font size.

    Once you learn how t use and navigate the software, it's very easy to manage. Customer service is top notch as well.

    I would like to comment on how helpful, [sensitive content hidden] (customer success/[sensitive content hidden]) has been with any performance issues I have had with PMAM. She is very responsive and timely, exceptionally polite, and will to solve the minor issues that i have come across. Her ability to fix the issue in a matter of hours or days, is exceptional!

    I still havent dove into the accreditation side but from what I see it may be a lot of work.

    The platform makes it easy to implement, change or adapt a training or policy. One of the more helpful aspects for our agency is the proofs of compliance for accreditation. Something that used to take us weeks at a time is now processed in seconds.
    Cons:
    The software can do almost anything. It is very powerful if it is built out with a strong foundation. Some aspects are difficult to navigate at first (as with anything new), however, the customer service is impeccable and will help guide you through any issue.

    I am fortunate enough to have an excellent Customer Success go to person--[sensitive content hidden]. [sensitive content hidden] is quick to respond, set up an appointment when needed, and assist in creating forms or solve issues. If she is unable to complete the request, she is quick to make sure she finds the team member that can and follows up.
    Cons:
    There were some features that I found difficult originally but that has improved greatly over time. Also, when we first started with PMAM there seemed to be a lot of turnover with customer service. That has settled down and we have a great working relationship.
