Pros:

MyForecast is just an amazingly well done tool. It offers everything you may need to implement your sales strategy. For a revenue manager this is a life saving software that will really help to make things easy. I really appreciate the fact that you may choose a particular price for a select or a single category of room. This feature actually made me want to try MyFc and since then I just couldn't picture myself using another tool. It is also very specific and insightful when analyzing data. You may choose to look at statistics per source, per typology of room and more importantly to detect a reliable pick-up. Surely, the staff is amazing as well. They really go their way out in order to help you.

Cons:

As of now I never had any particular issue in using it.

Because MyFc has the possibility to change the price of a specific type of room without affecting the prices of the other ones.

The former software was just a gather data tool but didn't give any specific insight as explained above.

Strumento indispensabile per l'analisi, la previsione e il monitoraggio delle vendite

Pros:

Strumento in cloud, quindi versatile e consultabile dovunque. Creato per i Revenue Manager quindi è uno strumento di lavoro già molto evoluto di per sè, poi i continui aggiornamenti lo rendono sempre aggiornato e perfezionato, anche nella user experience (il ché non è da sottovalutare, visto che spesso questo è un aspetto tralasciato). L'assistenza è velocissima e da' anche la possibilità di confrontarsi con chi lo strumento lo usa a 360° ogni giorno. Per un hotel manager che non si può dedicare solo al RM, è la certezza di uno strumento professionale ed affidabile, ma di facile uso.

Cons:

Quali inconvenienti?!?! Non ho trovato controindicazioni.

Perchè non sostituisce l'utente, non ha degli automatismi che non si possono controllare o comprendere. E' uno strumento di consultazione e analisi. Per chi non si occupa di RM tutti i giorni o non lavora come Revenue Manager potrebbe essere un'inibitore, ma comunque il revenue management non può esistere senza un operatore che prende decisioni sulla base dei dati, dell'analisi del contesto storico e geografico della struttura, per cui è comunque imprescindibile conoscere la materia, anche per avere il controllo delle vendite della propria azienda. MyForecast da' anche la formazione e in questo è solo che il TOP!

The software is very intuitive with easy to use interface. The main KPI are easy to read and helpful for a quick understanding of data. it gave me the possibility to work with three different hotels with different targets and different price strategies. Thanks to this software the revenue has increased over the past five years. Through the available tools the team is able to analyze the data in a deeper way. A key feature is the daily upload of data directly from the PMS and the elaboration of the analysis is in real time. Thanks to Pick Up function it is very difficult to make an incorrect forecast. This software saves time that the revenue manager can dedicate to other important aspects of the sales. The customer support team is always available, ready to help and friendly both during training and in assistance.

Cons:

Honestly, it is better than other forecast systems available on the market. Since I have started using it the product has improved costantly.

Utilizzo MyForecast da qualche anno e posso dire che si tratta di uno strumento evoluto e all’avanguardia grazie all’immediatezza e completezza dei dati che restituisce. Permette una visione a larga scala di tutti i dati passati e futuri dell’hotel rendendo in una precisa e attenta gestione delle tariffe. Supporta a pieno l’operatività strategica della struttura. Lo considero come una vera e propria svolta per il Revenue Management alberghiero. Da quando utilizzo MyForecast ho migliorato notevolmente tutti i KPI’s di riferimento. Penso sia di fondamentale importanza implementarlo in un approccio integrato, dandogli la possibilità di rappresentare un solido cambiamento nella realtà della gestione tariffaria e di revenue per il settore ricettivo. Lo definirei uno software straordinario!

Nessuno. Sono pienamente soddisfatta del software in tutte le sue parti: dalle statistiche, ai tool helper, alla gestione tariffaria.

Software completo, essenziale e veloce in ogni sua funzione

Esperienza molto positiva e sicuramente non penserei di lasciare My Forecast come strumento di tariffazione ma cercherei di implementarlo, per esempio aggiungendo una colonna con il Pick Up calcolato dall'ultima modifica tariffaria, quindi non solo quello giornaliero.

Ottima funzionalità e facilità nella lettura dei dati statistici. Pick up giornalieri completi di descrizione (segmento di mercato e fatturato). Il confronto su base giornaliera rispetto all'anno precedente è molto chiaro per una elaborazione veloce della tariffa. In generale uno strumento secondo me molto utile e con ottime prospettive.

Cons:

I blocchi del Server che a volte rallentano i processi del cambio tariffa o non permettono l'import del file csv.

Facilità di utilizzo, il sistema è molto intuitivo, così come la lettura dei dati. L'integrazione con il nostro PMS ci facilita nel prendere decisioni tariffarie. Ottimo sistema di reportistica.

Cons:

Sarebbe bello poter inserire note più dettagliate sulla singola data. Sarebbe utile se il sistema suggerisse in automatico eventuali rialzi tariffari.

Facile e comodo da usare (ovunque ti trovi). Consente l'analisi dei maggiori indici di performance per monitorare l'andamento delle vendite.

Cons:

Un po' lunga la configurazione (con preparazione dei report da parte dell'utente). Sarebbe decisamente più comodo un caricamento dei dati da PMS automatico e non tramite report che giornalmente bisogna uploadare manualmente.

La (quasi) Svolta

Tendente all'ottimale - attendiamo l'ulteriore sviluppo degli Helper che al momento sono ancora in fase embrionale ( per quanto funzionino bene ) ma necessitano di ulteriore elasticità e funzionalità.

non sono sempre visibili le informazioni minori in tutte le maschere ( ad esempio se vi è un evento locale di grande interesse per la struttura me lo ritrovo solo nella visualizzazione settimanale e non nelle altre... ) Gli Helper da migliorare

Estrema facilità di utilizzo per ottenere fondamentali dati di analisi della gestionae aziendale. Ci consente di monitorare quotidianamente il flusso di prenotazioni e confrontarlo con gli stessi dati degli anni precedenti, creando previsioni di fatturato reali. La semplicità nella creazione e aggiornamento di piani tariffari, e la sua integrazione perfetta con il channel manager, hanno reso MyForecast uno strumento insostituibile e indispensabile.

Cons:

Utilizziamo il softwatre da crica un anno e non abbiamo ancora riscontrato particolari criticità.

Gestione multi-struttura e interfacce con i software gestionali alberghieri

Il Revenue Manager può tenere sempre sotto controllo la tariffa con aggiornamenti in tempo reale e con statistiche dettagliate e precise che aiutano la gestione e la possibilità di aumentare il fatturato.
