"Yes, while some specific softwares have shortcuts, snippets, macro, or templates built into the their tool already for example: Confluence, Kustomer, or Zendesk, the great thing about TextExpander is the ability to use it for text box in any application."

"When I typed some information using the short cut, it automatically gives the long sentence, which I am not supposed to write or use because I am writing an e-mail, comments or doing another job."
