The capacity is great for a tax software for small businesses, handles the more complex clients that I have with ease.
Refusal to fix know issues with product.

The price is certainly right and it scales well with a growing tax practice.
I it was two labor intensive after transferring over from ATX a common 1040 with a dividend statement took me 45 minutes to get it ready to e-file.
