Financial Cents vs Firm360: Which is best for you?

The QuickBooks Online integration works perfectly, syncing invoices and data smoothly for my bookkeeping and payroll tasks.

What I dislike about Financial Cents is that some features, like reporting and customization options, can feel limited compared to larger practice management tools, and occasional syncing delays can slow down workflow updates.

We appreciate having time tracking, billing, project management, client communication, and document storage all in a single, organized platform.

Our firm had to find a new CRM platform when our old one was no longer being supported and we tried another cloud based platform prior to Firm360 and it was riddled with issues.
