Karbon vs Uku: Which is best for you?

The best feature for our team is Workflow Management, what a relief to be able to know where each work item / job is at for each client.

That the list view of work doesn't allow me to set a default view and that it always shows completed work that i have to filter out. And that I can't customize invoicing more to make all work one line versus job by job.

I really appreciate the new update where you can write comments on the task for other teammates to read- it makes teamwork much smoother and keeps everyone on the same page.

Many other products either require an additional software or is purchased and not used because it’s time consuming to implement.
