"Microsoft Planner is a hidden gem, it's completely in the cloud, so you can take it anywhere and is a great tool for personal use or for businesses to keep track of things. But where it really starts to shine is with the ability to automate tasks - in conjunction with Microsoft Forms and Power Automate, you can have different teams or customers fill in a form, which then populates Planner with tasks."
"I like the special plans for team collaboration feature, where it creates a closed space for collaborating only with invited colleagues."
"Life is a lot more easier to manage and work with a team, especially when you're all doing it remotely, this came as a tool that make it easy to manager remote teams and effectively collaborate with remote teams in real time."

"It becomes a little challenging on this especially if you want to customize certain things for your projects's workflow which you will eventually have to find a way around, but that is my concern."
"From my point of view it's a little less complete than its competitors, like Trello. When I tried it, I missed some important features that I use a lot in Trello, although probably they will be added in the future (if they haven't already been added since I finished my tests long time ago)."
