About ScopeStack
ScopeStack is a cloud-based sales automation tool, which assists small to midsize IT service providers with job costing, price adjustments and creation of statement of work (SOW). Features include audit history, version control, template management, single sign-on (SSO), a pricing calculator and team collaboration.
The platform enables users to define the scope of projects by automatically selecting suitable features across different technologies, reuse previously scoped work and prepare custom tasks for multiple projects. Service providers can also discover profitable projects and send automated approvals on them. It comes with a dashboard, which allows administrators to monitor a project's progress, measure profitability in real-time, perform win/loss analysis and calculate the revenue generated.
ScopeStack offers integration with multiple third-party applications such as Salesforce, ConnectWise, HubSpot and DocuSign. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is provided via chat, phone and email.

The ScopeStack team as a whole has been great to work with. They ensure your onboarding is smooth. If there are any questions or issues they are quick to respond, and resolve any issues. As the title states, we have standardized our projects (SOWs) across all lines of business and ensured all pricing is consistent. This gives us a single place for or pricing feedback loop, ensuring we are always functioning in the most efficient and cost effective manner. ScopeStack fit a very important niche for us that no other software we could find was quite right for. We had a need to standardize our pre-sales documentation and Statements of Work and were relying on a set of Word and Excel templates. ScopeStack puts it all in one place without having to maintain any templates outside of the platform, and saves us time with the standard task templates rather than having to write a new set of tasks each time or dig up samples from older SOWs.
