"It also provides a large number of APIs to automate a large number of actions and to link it with other products including reporting products as PowerBI."
"So, the ecosystem can be a little close (web hooks & such) for some use cases. But Tuleap has REST APIs, Web hooks, a GraphQL API and can be integrated with a huge ecosystem thanks to Stackstorm."

"Documentation management was a bit disappointing due to long legacy: features were missing (like drag and drop or mass actions) and look and feel was old-fashioned but that is the feature of the moment and it has been recently revamped."
