"I our case, customer support was through a third party as we were "not large enough to get support directly" through Workday HCM. That third party used a case system. Though we could assign a level of priority based on our needs, the third party could lessen the priority level causing excessive delays for immediate needs."
"Sometimes have issues with getting updates on pending application status or details of pay range for jobs that are posted."
"The most I could say is that the mobile app required a good internet connection to load and that could make using it while out difficult."
