"UX isn't always that intuitive, some moderation / analysis features lacking (e.g. no option to mark entries as read, but I believe it's in development)Functionality doesn't naturally support more complex tasks like trialling / rotating product samples, although the team will help with workaroundsRespondent comms slightly limited for moderator e.g. no simple way to 'message' respondents, only send notifications which can sometimes seem to get lost amongst other notifications"
