Pros:

Affiliatly integrates with every website platform I've used for several clients. It's easy to use and their customer service is very good. Any time I've had questions, they are there to help. It's affordable, especially for companies just getting started with affiliate programs. It has all the features you need to easily implement and track your affiliate sales.

Cons:

I'd like the ability to see which banners are being used and driving traffic, which is not a feature available at this time. I'd also like a way to email all affiliates from within the system.

How easy it is to use and that it has all the features that you need to start an affiliate program. For my small company, I have everything I need at an affordable price.

Cons:

Honestly, I have just started with the Affiliatly program and so far the experience has been wonderful. I'm set up and ready to go!

Decent in what it does, but lacks too many features meanwhile

In what it is doing, it is doing a fine job. Also for an acceptable price. Using it now for already 3 years or even 4 years menawhile. So, not too bad.

Cons:

However what is not so good, that this platform over the period of time has literally not evolved at all. Like, no shit, after 3 years it looks 99% the same, same functionalities and no extras. Or so minimal extras that it is not noticeable. This is also the reason why we will swithc anytime soon to a different soltuion, because as you grow Affiliatly is not growing with you. They are just stepping on the same steps as 3 years ago. No innovative features. I mean, why not enhancing your integration in Shopify or WooCommerce further, by directly enhancing your plugin. Why not make a "Campaign" feature, why not making it possible to send those Campaigns via Email to my partners. Everyone is starting with AI integrations in their software. Why is the interface so stiff and to accept or decline someone I have to make 5-7 clicks. Aaah just too many points. Not possible to give out vouchers or coupons via this interface. For me, personally it is not an ecommerce tool and lacks meanwhile just too many features that other providers are having. I am on WooCommerce, so I am not spoiled like Shopify users, but even the native WooCommerce Affiliate integration has more features than Affiliatly.

Affiliatly, keeping the main thing the main thing at a good price.

Small business beginning the affiliate program journey. We evaluated several vendors before selecting Affiliatly product, many of which prioritized GUI features over practical effectiveness and were priced beyond our budget for launching an affiliate program. Affiliatly product is not only effective and powerful but also features a user-friendly interface that highlights essential functions without being overwhelming. It keeps the main thing, the main thing at a good price.

I absolutely love using this software to help track affiliate sales and manage all things related to affiliates. It has helped out business significantly to utilize this software and it makes it very simple to see affiliate progress and handle payouts all in one place.

Very good Affiliate app

Overall it is a great app, works nicely with no issues. The price is not tied to the traffic of the store like other apps that charge by store traffic. I highly recommend it!

I have been using this app for more than 3 years and I have no complaints. It is very fairly priced and does what it is supposed to do: keep track of affiliate sales.

Cons:

The interface can be a little complicated to determine the eligibility of the payments to be made to the affiliates since we have a 30 day wait period to release payments. The 30 day period is to comply with our 30-day return policy. If the app had the option to change this setting would be so much easier.

Reasons for switching to Affiliatly

I switched from LeadDyno because their plan pricing was based on the overall traffic of the store. So the more traffic I drove to it (not attributed to the affiliate program) the higher the premium I had to pay. That did not make any sense to me so I switched to affiliatly.

Very entry level software to track conversions

It was very simple to use and easy to track individual performance.

Cons:

There were too many missing features. This is really a base level way to track conversions with affiliates and influencers but it doesn't allow for any collection of granular data. You can't easily recruit influencers either.

Reasons for switching to Affiliatly

Needed something with more robust tools, recruiting functionality, built in email and messaging, better integration with recharge and shopify etc.

Highly Recommended – Great Experience with Affiliatly

Fantastic! The support team is incredibly responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. They helped me solve my cookie issues quickly and with great care. Easy User Friendly Affiliate Program Option for Large and Small Businesses

I have been overall impressed with Affiliatly. From both a user (affiliate) and from a business managing the affiliate program for our company it has been a very easy platform to work with very very minimal issues.

Very user friendly and easy to setup. The signup process for affiliates is very streamlined and from a business perspective it has all the tools I need.

Cons:

I would prefer a little more customization options for the overall experience, but that is just aesthetics.
