You can start using Cello for free, and as our business grows, their platform scales with you. Great LTV/CAC ratio from the get-go, and the team at Cello is highly professional. We were impressed by the seamless and speedy integration of the referral widget into our existing stack.

Cons:

Sales-led use cases are a hard nut to crack, especially regarding tracking and attribution. But Cello has the right ideas and model in place. Looking forward to more sales-led features (e.g. incl. sales people in the loop)

Cello was easy to setup with a really responsive team. It looks great in the platform and is easy for our customers to understand.

Cons:

The customisability isn't quite there yet, a lot of the features you have to get their team to change in the backend. They don't really do too much from an email POV or other incentive POV that could help.

Reasons for switching to Cello

The previous product wasn't quite as easy to use for the use cases we had, it was harder to implement and harder for our users to understand.

Since starting to use Cello, I've found the platform to be incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. The option to share via QR-code is especially helpful for mobile sharing through apps like WhatsApp or Slack. The customer success and growth teams have been excellent in providing support and helping us get set up with the software.

Cons:

To increase user engagement, it would be beneficial for Cello to implement email notifications in addition to the current in-widget notifications for the latest rewards. The Cello team has mentioned that this feature is on their roadmap.
