Overall it's been great to be able to customize registration for different types of users, and it's good seeing advance reporting being created.

Overall, my experience with Cvent Event Management has been very strong. After using it for nearly 10 years, I trust the system to support high-volume registration, complex agendas, and detailed communication plans. It’s a dependable solution that keeps improving, and despite a few areas where usability and customization could be more flexible, it remains one of the most comprehensive event management platforms on the market. It’s a system I can confidently use to plan and execute professional, high-impact events.

Cvent has come a long way since I first began to use it in 2007. I love how you keep making enhancements to improve the process on the back end and adding the flexibility to design the pages. Cvent has many good features that other platforms do not offer.

I learned it pretty quickly when I first started in my role. It has been a fun tool for site building and it's super quick when people call in to get registered for our events rather than keeping tabs on this information elsewhere.

I have curated many personalized user experiences with Cvent registration, and the entire Cvent ecosystem, and the platform is really easy to use, once you know where everything is and what the settings mean. Occasionally, I've had to turn to Cvent support, and I've found the agents very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. The best value is to purchase the premium support, for me the wait times are greatly reduced, and for new users getting answers quickly is what is needed.

My overall Cvent Registration experience has always been very good, fast paced and exceptionally well. The team is always willing to jump in and help if an issue occurred.

Overall, its a great way to capture all the attendee's information in one platform. However, there are some wonderful opportunities to grow it in the future.

This was my first event using Cvent at an event. Overall, I felt like I could jump right in. My goal is to take what I have learned from Cvent Connect and make our registration even more customized for the attendee but simpler to manage for staff managing on the backend. I will also be utilizing Audience Segments in the future, so that we can push out customized messaging onsite to select people. Word to the wise - new Cvent users will learn tips and tricks by becoming Cvent Certified and attending Cvent Connect!

I would recommend CVENT for registration to Universities that host conferences and workshop. The ability to have different registration paths for different attendees types is very helpful in our industry. It has a been a great experience for group to use our events.
