"Usually any issues I've had were because the restaurant did not send my order correctly or did not see the order because only just started using the online ordering feature and were not used to using the system."
"Because we are integrated with DoorDash trough our POS, our DoorDash menu is managed and controlled by our POS, but sometimes that fails, because we see orders containing sides which were removed already long time ago. And they are not showing in our POS menu which is the one synchronized with DoorDash one."
