Misleading and Dishonest

Did not like any features, as none of it works for my business.

Cons:

This company was very misleading when I signed up with them. They did not do what was promised. My business did not improve. I got stuck with a one year contract they couldn't fulfill. It was only after numerous complaints from various notaries they offered to cancel. Meanwhile I am out $1400. Do not sign up with them.

A young lady, [sensitive content hidden], spent more than an hour on two occasions to orient me to Oggvo's program and most importantly, by using Share Screen on Zoom, she walked me step by step through the process of getting connected to Oggvo, getting my social media connected, showing me how to add and customize elements, etc. She was polite, patient and very knowledgeable. [sensitive content hidden] made the onboarding process smooth, organized and clear. She's is a real asset for Oggvo.

Cons:

Thus far I have no complaints. After I have some experience working with Oggvo I will be able to answer this more knowledgeably.

Extremely Helpful

I have avoided cold calls from companies looking to help me grow my business for years. I looked up Oggvo's reviews after they reached out to me and was very impressed by what I read. I decided to give it a try and was connected with Apple Esquerra as my associate. Apple has been extremely diligent, patient and helpful in organizing my client database and setting up my organic review requests on numerous social media and search engine platform I am doing things that I have been putting off for years and it is streamlining my business and I'm confident it will help me get more clients. I'm very glad that I decided to use Oggvo and their services and am grateful that I was assigned to work with Apple. I highly recommend her and this company
