It’s a quiet but smart tool. It detects unsaid words in my conversation and offers very comprehensive analysis to move forward. Best thing about substrata is AI features which can assist in closing the pipelines earlier while remaining at an upper edge

Substrata helps me understand things that aren't said directly in meetings and emails. It's not hard to use and works smoothly with what I do every day. The AI gives me small hints that are really useful when I'm talking with people to reach an agreement, and it doesn't feel like too much information.

Cons:

Far better than I thought

Honestly, I had no clue in the beginning how to use it. Their team made onbaording easy and it did help me in spotting things I often missed in convos before. If you do sales, you must try this.

Clean layout to track tasks, follow progress and without getting lost.

During my internship, the best thing was the clarity it gives during stand-ups. Instead of trying to recall everything, you could just look at the board and can easily give crisp updates. Also it helped me track and organise everything without feeling overloaded.

The platform's clean layout made it easy to track tasks, follow progress and understand priorities without getting lost. It make collaboration smoother and kept me organized through my internship as it reduces the number of back and forth messages. Also I liked the most is that I could quickly attach a screenshot, snippets which saved my time. It didn't feel overwhelming which is a big plus for an intern.

Cons:

Eventually, the platform sometimes felt slow when switching between tasks especially during peak hours.
