About eSkooly

eSkooly is a cloud-based school management solution designed for schools, colleges, tuition centers, academies and other educational centers. The solution aims to provide learning, administration and management tools for educational institutes. eSkooly features exam management, class management, attendance systems, fee management, reporting and account management.

Additionally, eSkooly includes features such as employees’ portal, inventory management, data record systems and expense management. Users can set a school's information such as logo, name and tag line which can be labelled on printable documents as well as reports. An admin portal and a students’ and parents’ portal are also available which can be used to record details and check results.

eSkooly automatically manages fees and dues for students by opening an account for them. In addition, users can print reports and documents such as admission letters, fee slips, salary slips and job letters. Further, users can also manage subjects, courses, marks and results.

eSkooly provides support via email, an online helpdesk and over the phone.

Everything is perfect and ok. It's too good if, after logging in, the front page interface looks like the institute logo

Pros:

Excellent platform and takes care of all aspects required for running an educational institution. Many things I didn't even knew we could measure and handle it with so much ease. Option to change language. Very secure platform, creates each students, employees login credentials and provides tailor made requirement for each individual depending on its role. User interface is extremely clean and easy. There has been no need so far to reach out customer support because everything is working exceptionally well, with no issues. Learning curve was extremely easy.

Cons:

Once we select language it changes for everyone. I was hoping in future they can allow change of language for each employee, difference teachers can choose to run the program in their selected language, while the admin maintains the default language.

Reasons for choosing eSkooly

Easy interface and free, it was much easier than building from scratch, the whole program is already thought on how it is going to help the institution, instead of us building from scratch

Because it is so good for my School and staff. They love it so much because it is so organized and clean but they hate that they can't have the desktop.

Cons:

It is that i don't want to buy eSkooly desktop and i want to win the eSkooly desktop so badly and i will really like it.

My overall experience with eskooly is consider good, because it enables me to collect multiply information and place them into one platform.

Pros:

The ability to create and manage a school platform all by myself. it also give students and teachers the opportunity to view and management the own account.

Cons:

The disarrangement of grade in terms of ranking. This has to do with misplacing the highest ranking student in a class and giving it to another student with lower grade.

The report system is the best and its very flexible. Its advanced and includes sms alert that is so amazing

Cons:

The reporting system and how it is arranged is so fantastic. Free hosting, compatibility and flexibility.

I really liked the dashboard, it’s clean and easy to navigate. Most of the important features are available in one place.

Cons:

You can add trainins for teachers & business owners give idea to grow businesses ; if it is already there then i ned to search for it .

Reasons for switching to eSkooly

Easy & userfriendly I switched from Rosario because it felt a bit complicated and didn’t fully match the way I wanted to manage my school. I needed something simpler, easier to navigate, and more flexible for tasks like attendance, communication, and scheduling. eSkooly fits these needs better and makes daily management much smoother.

Friendly user interface, straightforward fees and accounting (expenses and income). Classes and students are very organized.

Cons:

Fees once paid cannot be edited. oriented schools and exams, not for learning centers. Community edition is minimal. There is no trial period without payments.
