"Instead of having to deal with individual shipping software and packages for different shipping vendors, we are able to have one standard package that not only benefits us from having a "common interface" as it pertains to user training, but also fully integrates with our MIS (PACE) so we're able to utilize multiple departments helping in submitting shipments and receiving feedback on their jobs via the MIS and lessen the burden of our shipping personnel."
