"The customer services is top notch including regular contact with my account rep [sensitive content hidden] who is very personable and responsive whenever I have questions or concerns. "

"The system fails in many ways for the industry being tailored to a retail point of sale "payment at purchase" model - and every time I have raised a deficiency in the system for my industry I am simply told "that is the way it works" and that I can make a request for change."
"integrating card machines and adding them to different tills when required without undy delays, that maybe down to our bad internet reception."
"I had the most difficulty working out when i was supposed to unassign a till when working on it from home to reassigning when it needed to be used on site, it was a bit confusing, also when working on the PC my screen wouldn't show what was actually the same layout as when on site at the actual till, which wasn't really a problem"
