The ease of navigating through the site. The customization of how reports, graphs, and data are generated and viewed. The ability to asynchronously share updates and information between various sites for increased visibility and faster turnaround/production.

Cons:

The sheer number of options/customizations can be overwhelming for beginners to the platform.

Reasons for switching to APEX

Having an Excel file shared between so many people wasn't efficient and increased the risk of inaccurate info with low/inadequate traceability.

Lean DNA in motion.

At first, I wasn't a fan as it was something different to get used to but once learned and in motion it seems as if I am helping my customers as they have questions on finding other information on the platform.

I like Lean DNA as it is an easy platform to work from, I also work in Exostar on BOOTS but Lean Dna is more efficient to work with, It has a lot of simularities to the ROP platform as well.

Cons:

On the Analytics the Last Months Performance could be a lot clearer as it just skims the surface.

LeanDNA - Worth Every Penny

The people at LeanDNA are very helpful and professional. Our implementation team completed actions in a timely manner and our implementation went very smoothly. They spent a significant amount of time with us teaching and showing us the various tools and features of the system. The system itself has so many features and tools...the possibilities are endless!!

LeanDNA is a very user friendly tool, easy to navigate. It's awesome that you can select the widgets that are the most meaningful to your organization. The measurement tools within LeanDNA are great to see trends and know that the actions you are taking are resulting in improved performance.

Cons:

I wish there were more features around Make/Build Items besides Clear to Build.

Work Made Easy

I have used LeanDNA since 2020 and have been able to utilize it to make my job much easier as well as highlight areas that have needed cleanup in our own ERP systems.

Pros:

Compiling ERP data in one area with easy to use/export reports. Also, the ability to have inventory optimization suggestions as far as PO actions and safety stock numbers. Supplier Workbench has also saved tons of time with communicated needs and receiving commit dates from vendors.

Cons:

If it could refresh data more often than once a day would be nice, but not always completely necessary depending on the business.
