The customer service team has been great, we have a custom product offering & have a lot of moving parts. Working with the team directly has been really helpful.

Really like the company and team catering to small businesses. Seems like other warehouses and fulfillment centers cater to the big guys, and they wait for weeks to respond to me. This company has a very fast customer support and makes sure they are flexible enough to work with the small guys. Don't know how long it'll last but for once it feels good to be able to talk to someone when there is a problem.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Pietra's fulfillment services, especially during the holiday season. Despite placing orders well in advance, many customers didn’t receive their products on time, resulting in countless complaints, poor reviews, and heartbreaking stories—like a father whose daughter had no gifts due to unshipped orders. Over months, I raised concerns about recurring issues, including incorrect orders, missing shipments, and excessive delays (up to 41 days). Despite assurances, the problems only worsened. The lack of accountability and assistance in resolving these issues has been devastating for my small business. After spending $10k to move my inventory, I’ve decided to cut ties entirely. I strongly advise other small businesses to avoid Pietra if reliable fulfillment is critical to their operations.

10/10. They hit the sweet spot of service, reliability and quality tech. Haven't had a single error on a shipment yet and their network of suppliers continues to grow. We had special request for kitting that Pietra accommodated.

Pietra has made it easy for me to help launch influencer brands quickly and has saved me an enormous amount of time since they also handle logistics including warehousing and shipping.

you pay montly fee plus you also pay service fee everytime you make order. i find out most of their suppliers are on alibaba. you can work with them without fees. not worthy at all if you are using for sourcing.

This is probably the worst order fulfillment platform I have ever used! Terrible customer service from both their supervisor and customer support team. The supplier that we dealt with on the platform delivered subpar and defective products and Pietra does not want to provide a full refund back to the original payment method. Instead, they want to force me to accept a credit for the Pietra platform for the cost of my order. This is absurd and completely unacceptable! Reporting them as fraud to my credit card provider. Stay away from Pietra at all cost!

I have had the most amazing experience using Pietra! Using Pietra feels like I hired a team of people to help me through the small business process. From creating my product to selling it Pietra has changed the way I run aaronevy. If you are using any other tools you are wasting your time- Pietra is it!!

From my point of view, Pietra is THE BEST PLATFORM THAT I'VE EVER SEEN! So many ADVANTAGES that Pietra has and others don't! For me, as a Chinese supplier, it's totally FREE to join, and NO ANY EXTRA FEES! That's awesome!!! When customers place orders, Pietra always transfers payment to me first, so my capital chain is always sufficient. And customers on Pietra are so nice, maybe because they're all influencers in the U.S.and I realized the sample to inventory conversion rate is pretty high compared to other platforms. And Pietra's service is soooo nice! We just need to ship our goods to their Fulfillment Center, and then they will help us to ship to our customers. That's cool! I don't even have to ask for a customer address! That saved my time a lot! Also Pietra always has good policies to help suppliers which is so warmhearted and so nice!🥰 I LOVE PIETRA! Even though it's a start-up platform, I can still see great passion from it! Now our factory has already quitted other platforms and is concentrating on Pietra and we believe that Pietra will definitely help us to sell our nice products to all over the world. Two thumbs up for Pietra!!!
