"The UI is very clean, it streamlines easy booking of spots, allows you to easily flag issues with parking and most of all provides a single, simple pane of glass to do everything I need in parking"
"The application is super fast, allows to request bookings for upto a month, gives real time jpdates on when booking is approved/rejected."

"If a user is not in the correct place, put drivers in contact to fix situation instead of downgrade (it can be an honest mistake)"
