"They were speedy with updates when they were important to them, but they refused to update their estimated tax penalty calculation, which was incorrect and calculating about DOUBLE what it should be. When I called their software crap, they banned me from tech support, which made their software unusable for me (remember, you have to constantly contact tech support for workarounds because their software is so buggy). "
