About TicketLeap
TicketLeap is an event ticketing platform that allows event organizers to create and manage their events. The platform caters to a variety of industries such as music, nonprofits, colleges and universities.
The TicketLeap platform includes a mobile application that allows organizers to manage box office ticket sales, check in attendees and stay connected to their events from anywhere. Additionally, users can create beautiful event pages and start selling tickets online.

Wonderful, from start to finish. We will continue to use TicketLeap in the future. We looked into several ticketing options, and we chose TicketLeap in part because of its internal awareness of ethical considerations that we learned about through your blog post. We also chose you because of your support of small events and nonprofits, as well as your transparency in pricing.

Set up is easy, people being able to purchase tickets is easy and the payment process is a breeze. I have heard some horror stories about ticket sale vendors but I was thrilled with the results.

They forced us to cancel our event

Their customer service kept stating contact instead of helping out their client. I spoke to three different employees while trying to work out a solution and each time I called they told me a different story. I do not recommend anyone uses this company. They are all about money, and not about the small businesses that support them.
