"I like that Userway sends you emails, with recommendations on how to use the tool and continuous improvement like branding, adding an accessibility statement, sharing your use of the tool online, and more."
"I found a video where they talk about this widget, I installed it on my page in a very simple way, it is easy to install and configure, I love that it gives customization options, since I was able to place it in the color that I use on the web"

"I would comment the language selector, I don't like how it flashes the native language and then it translates it, this has to do with how the page loads then userway widget but its not a great experience in my opinion."
"Some functionalities break the page like letter spacing or font size, but I think its part of trade-offs for accessibility sometimes"
"The format in which it creates the issues makes it arduous to discern which part of the website it's on unless you go into each ticket and read the description."
