I love HeyGen. I just don't like waiting for the video as long as I have.

I love HeyGen because it allows me to create videos in a flash! It used to take me half a day to create a video back in my YouTube days, but now, it only takes about 30 minutes and that's with me creating the script

Cons:

Sometimes it takes way too long. My short video has been processing for the last 20 minutes saying it's next in line. I know I'm only buying the $29/month service, but it's still taking way too long.

The technology is really cool. You can still tell it is a bot, but it generally looks nice.

Cons:

The pricing is a scam. The processing time on 30 videos is instantaneous, then it moves to 5-6 hours (which is completely unusable). They then ask you for more money to speed up the processing time.

Pros:

This is exactly what i need, for video translation, sharing my video in different languages, all over the world. The translation and lipsinc is perfect.

Cons:

I do not appreciate the current policy: if you don't have a monthly subscription active, yr avatar can't works into the platform. I would like to buy the credit, when required, and still have an active avatar.

Great platform for quick video mockups

Has increased my productivity significantly, doing mock-ups for characters and also for delivering educational content. Using my own voice (ideal) or with the numerous, and increasingly varied, voice models, I surprise myself with the creative combinations, and this is only the beginning!

Pros:

I user the personal avatar features, to create educational content. Once created, the system allows me to produce instructional videos that are consistent and compelling. The animation features (facial, so far) create natural-looking and pleasing video snippets based on the narrative text I input. Not only a time-saver, but a game-changer

Cons:

Looking forward to hand/ body animation tools. Had trouble doing different backgrounds (i.e. transparencies) but I am sure these drawing/ paint features are a work in progress. Nothing I don't like but would like it more if simple hand drawn characters could be animated, even though they are less realistic looking than normal spokespeople
