"Can't figure out how to set a different and unique ring tone for my cell phone to let me know it's the "office line' ringing."
"With more users working from home these days, our clients are giving them an office phone to bring home. And sometimes those home routers are not compatible with the Intermedia Unite platform because SIP ALG is not a programmable feature to TURN OFF. And then we get dropped calls. "
