- What I like least about Creately is its performance lag when handling large, complex diagrams. As projects scale with hundreds of shapes or multiple live data integrations, the canvas can become sluggish, and "Undo" actions occasionally hang.
- The huge benefit it is already has all the tabs for different options (eg "what could we improve" and "what could we learn") so that we're collecting both positive and negative feedback.
- The support team’s responses have been slow and ineffective, repeatedly asking for screen recordings and technical details without addressing the root cause.
