- The ability to link live data from Jira or Google Sheets ensures that diagrams remain relevant without manual updates. While the automated "PlusCreate" features significantly speed up workflow, I did notice performance dips during large-scale projects.
- What I like least about Creately is its performance lag when handling large, complex diagrams. As projects scale with hundreds of shapes or multiple live data integrations, the canvas can become sluggish, and "Undo" actions occasionally hang.
- Great shapes, very intuitive layout, easy to adjust the design.
- Overall I like smartdraw as a program but the customer service, lack of customer retention and acting like they are robots, not actually helping or answering you, just like they are reading from a scripted book.
