    I can't really tell because I haven't had enough time to explore all the other options of the program as well. The options that I did use were very good, I have no complaints over it!

    It was super easy to download this program, I also loved the various options that I had when I had to write down all the tasks.

    Ease of use. The system is intuitive for first time users. It requires limited training and offers new recruits the opportunity to hit the ground running with their account reconciliations.
    Cons:
    Potential slow processing times - It takes time sometime to upload and to view uploaded documents sometimes.

    It get's the job done. Monthly reconciliations are stored in a convenient place. Easily accessible for you to review and great reports.
    Cons:
    The approval process can get long depending on how many approver are necessary in your organization.

    Sales, Onboarding, training, everything went smoothly and quickly. The team was very hands on, available to answer any questions as we implemented the system and are still available afterwards if something comes up.

    I love the organization and ability to see in an instant where our team is during our close each month. It is a better tracking tool to show auditors who prepares a reconciliation and who signs off on the reconciliation than in Excel alone. I also like being able to navigate between periods easily.
    Cons:
    There are a few too many options in the reconciliation for variances, I would prefer one section and you could drop down and pick what the reconciliation difference was. Also, I find it tricky to add attachments in the "task preparer" section.

    I liked the overview of the software while making sure you understood just because you saw something doesn't mean that you won't have access. I liked the overview on the updated platform.
    Cons:
    I wish that you could rewind some parts of the webinar to review or speed ahead of the parts that are not applicable to your specific area on the platform

    I've enjoyed using ART for our monthly reconciliation process. I have also enjoyed that auditors have the ability to access the recons through ART as well.

    Paperless reconciliation and now being able to attach the documents by dropping in the file instead.
    Cons:
    Not a big fan of the layout of the recons, could be separated better. Not being able to edit the entries and having to close it out and redoing it with the updated information. Would prefer accounts with no change in balances didn't go directly into the prepared status.

    The system allows us to keep our accounts balanced and on track for end of year goals. It has been a wonderful tool to use.
    Cons:
    My least favorite thing is importing data for a new month and opening the new month. I have run into issues before when there are new accounts to upload to a profile.

    The simplicity of the product is very nice. Not overly complicated. The interface is quick and easy.
    Cons:
    I'm more familiar with Blackline. Some of the features of Blackline and the reporting capabilities of Blackline are better than Skystem. Also, there seems to be a delay sometimes after approving an account reconciliation before the dashboards update.

    Monthly Reconciling Simplified

    Overall ART is a great system for monthly reconciling. It helps us stay organized and divvy up our accounts to each member. One nice feature is the ability to create backups for specific accounts in the event a member is unable to complete an account on time.

    Reconciling GLs is much easier with ART. It helps preparers and reviewers keep track of the month to month status and variances. It is generally fast and simple to use.
    Cons:
    The user interface is a little clunky. It took some getting used to when first learning the software. It could be easier to read at a glance. I would greatly appreciate a dark mode.
