SaasAnt Transactions, built for Quickbooks, is a data entry solution that helps businesses import, review, delete, and map daily transactions on a centralized platform. The history functionality allows team leaders to maintain an audit trail of all employee's activities across vendor, item, fixed assets, customers and accounts files.

SaasAnt Transactions enables team members to bulk export transaction details from Quickbooks with details, such as customer name, created date, currency, due date, and ship date. It is available on annual subscriptions and support is extended via live chat, FAQs, phone, and email.

Rapid Data Entry Assistant Without The HR Headaches

I love this software. I literally couldn't be efficient at processing my high volume clients without it. I recommend it to anyone who needs to move a large amount of data in a small amount of time. The free trial is fully functional although it does limit your import ability to 200 lines during the trial period.

Pros:

I love SaasAnt because it allows us to quickly and accurate import hundreds of lines of data and text into Quickbooks Online. This is immensely helpful when cleaning up a set of books, moving information between systems that don't integrate online, and adding hundreds of lines of data into QBO without having to spend the time to manually enter the data for each line yourself. If there are mistakes in your upload, SaasAnt has an excellent system in place for correcting the information before its uploaded incorrectly into your QBO account.

Cons:

Sometimes the software doesn't recognize when an entity like a customer or vendor already exists in QuickBooks Online. It also appears to be case sensitive in terms of searching the lists within the system so there is a small amount of cleanup to push through the first few times you use the system.

Pros:

We have over 10k transactions we used to enter manually. Through SaaSant that has been reduced to 2 hours by the finance manager. It used to take a team of 3 fulltime bookkeepers.

Cons:

Not really an issue with SaaSant, but quickbooks is a disaster of a software and sometimes there are issues with SaaSant syncing with QB. But they quickly resolve them.

Pros:

This product is amazing. And what is perhaps the best part is I had an issue and couldn't figure out what to do and so I reached out to chat on a US holiday and got someone within 1 minute that was very knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't believe it. Name was [sensitive content hidden] and was extremely helpful and pinpointed my issue quickly and solved it. Given the level of customer support is low from many companies, I was blown away by how good it was here.

nothing. Everything is great so far that i've worked with.

Excellent. I reached out to chat with a pretty basic import error (on my part). [sensitive content hidden] replied right away and walked me through the entire process. When we encountered an import error, even though there was only one, he stuck it out and figured it out. I could have easily just entered the information manually. But [sensitive content hidden] stuck it out and got to the bottom of the issue by trying different solutions. Fantastic customer support experience.

Pros:

SaasAnt helps me import data with detail that I cannot get using the QBO import function featured in the product. I love the look of the new UI. The layout is straightforward and easy on the eyes and the colors, fonts, and graphics are well thought out.

Cons:

There was nothing that I disliked during this import process. All went well.

The Customer Service is amazing, [sensitive content hidden] is always able to see exactly what is wrong when I am having problems. I love that I can get a Customer Service Rep on the phone quickly and the rep can remote in via Zoom.

Cons:

There isn't anything I like the least. I just don't know how to use SaasAnt in its entirety. I am still learning
