"The preset rules and processes we are able to build within the system allow us in accounting to be comfortable that controls are in place. Since it is automated, our time is not being spent on small details, freeing us to focus our efforts more efficiently."

"Doesn't work great for security deposits on rooms, you need to create multi-day charges, and most hotels will require a physical card upon check-in (which really isn't a Teampay problem, just a general fact of booking a hotel)."
