AccountAbility has been a game changer for the way we run our business. Having reviewed the market in detail for a suitable ERP I’m thrilled that we choose AccountAbility to take our business to the next level. Of most concern to me was the setup and on-boarding phase. However, CSR agents finance knowledge along with agency experience, ensured the implementation was a success. Internally we have had to make some slight process changes to accommodate the software (most of which for the better) but in general we’ve been able to operate as we have done so in the past, just more efficiently. Support once we went live was very impressive and all questions were answered in a timely and helpful manner. Further to this point, was AccountAbility’s willingness to invest in development time to increase reporting functionality that I had enquired about. Feedback from the broader team internally has been extremely positive and the system has been adopted well. I thoroughly recommend this system.

We chose AccountAbility as our ERP platform after an exhaustive search primarily as we could see the AccountAbility platform not only met the core objectives of providing a totally integrated accounting and project management solution. it also provided the flexibility to meet our specific requirements around the management of large volumes of corporate credit card transactions. We transitioned from BCC Adsystems to Accountability Access in January this year. After using the AA for the past 8 months I can vouch for how great a platform it is. Overall it has increased efficiency of staff, made sharing documents with clients easier and financial reporting simpler.

When our company first started with AccountAbility we desperately needed a comprehensive system that could handle our WIP needs at a client/brand/job level. We had grown beyond the capabilities of our simple system and were not able to capture the detail and depth we needed in an expedient manner. Chris Brown was a great asset and practically camped out in our offices as we worked through all of the vagaries of our requirements. He remained upbeat and encouraging throughout the entire process and made what could have been a tense and difficult time into a great learning experience. Despite a couple of false starts, due to our own inadequacies, we finally had all of the information in place, tied and accurate, and we went live. The design and ease with which we were able to operate was amazing, and the dashboard made maneuverability extremely easy. We were actually able to focus on analysis rather than manipulating detail. Rene Adam was a huge support to the accounting department during the initial months; he was patient and had the ability to work with us at all levels. I would strongly recommend AccountAbility to any company in the Agency business looking for a thorough and all-encompassing software system the reporting, access and ease of function is great, and I am sure like our company, you will be able to focus on results rather than the process of obtaining them.
