From the tool, it's always nice to look at, you can find all the reports you need, and every affiliate in the world is learning to use this tool. #### Cons Reports, they always seems to be different per brand, you can never find the right ones at first try and you need to check all of them. I am very familiar with Income Access, having used it in some form or other for about 15 years now. The software is fairly reliable and simple enough to navigate once you know what you're doing. There's a little bit of a learning curve, but once you're past it, you can get what you come for most of the time without much issue. Technologically, I'd like to see them catch up with other products. Less downtime, better mobile experience, easier way to switch between various accounts.
