The customer service is so quick and friendly, special shoutout to our rep Kyla :) I love how easy it is for our affiliates to sign up and use the platform, I love how easy it is to pull content and run challenges, and I love the automatic payments.

Cons:

The filter system can be a little slow/ incorrect at times. We have also seen in influx of codes being leaked, so I wish there was a way to keep track of that/remove commissions from leaked codes.

I've loved getting customer excited to share with rewards + surprise content campaigns/challenges. It's been a great tool to have close connections to our most excited and activated customers!

Cons:

Haven't loved the process of communicating with our signed-up customers — has felt a bit clunky and severed from the LoudCrowd platform. We've also encountered some issues over the last few months with payouts, not great initial reward structure set up, random reward/Yotpo integrations etc. The LC team is always happy to help, though!
