    Pros:
Takes me back to Microsoft Access in early days with how easy to create tables and link datasets. Have complete control. Import and export functions great
    Cons:
Feel more can be done on linking datasets and being able to design queries pulling bits from different tables

    Reasons for switching to GridFox

Salesforce too expensive, complicated and people didn't use it

Brilliant no code platform: Create apps bespoke to your needs

    5

For me Gridfox is all about efficiency and better planning – everything is in one place, it’s all up to date, and it’s visible to everybody. So I have found that teams have cut down on time spent keeping everybody up to date, improved planning, and can see how everything interacts with each other – all the interdependencies. It also allows me to see patterns in how we work such as where the blockages are in our process and patterns in our media schedules which give valuable MI to help us improve our marketing processes. But it's not just about having one app. I have also built project management apps for each large project with teams so it's just really flexible.

    Pros:
I can get going fast with something that is bespoke to my needs and then iterate as I go along. I created a very basic app, very quickly, and then I kept coming back to it, thinking I can add another bit to it, and then another bit. And that iterative development, I think is a really nice part of the functionality, because it means that I can adapt it over time, and I can adapt it to what I need at that specific time, rather than being overwhelmed and over-faced with too much functionality up front.
    Cons:
Not really anything that I dislike about it

    Reasons for choosing GridFox

Very flexible. I can build an app to my exact needs. I really like the fact that I can create it myself and adapt it as my needs change. There is a bit of a learning curve with the platform, but once you know the basic principles you can build pretty much anything that you might need to manage work. And importantly you only have to learn the principles once and can then apply these to building lots of different tools - from project management tools to task management, or managing marketing campaigns. There's loads of application opportunities with the same tool so I can keep everything in one place.

    Reasons for switching to GridFox

I couldn't find a tool where I manage the whole marketing process in one place that worked the way I work.

    Pros:
Gridfox allows me to create apps without having any prior coding experience. I've always been hesitant about developing apps and had no idea that there were tools available that may help me. Gridfox has aided me in developing the apps I require and, as a no-code solution, has saved me time. Gridfox has a very user-friendly UI. The tool is packed with icons that make it simple to comprehend what each button, tab, or function performs. This holds true in my own projects, where colours can be utilised to differentiate between elements such as users and fields. The ability to customise these colours is extremely important for signalling things like the stage of completion of a work.
    Cons:
Perhaps not a 'con', but there I did experience some teething stages when I first began using this tool. This was not necessarily down to any negative features of Gridfox; I think I was just quite overwhelmed by the possibilities of the tool. However, after taking some time to really think about what I was looking to create, I was able to find the necessary resources (templates, help docs) to help me get there.
