- Experience is excellent talking about the system in general; Only concern by my comments related to technical support.
- Service for complex request is managed by tickets as normal IT company, and most of the times depend on the availability of the supporter, It lead to long time answer while user is struggling with the problem; Need to take in account that we are operating in daily basis and depending a lot of the system that should be working properly.
