Novel Solutions with Plus Tasks

Amazing. Start to finish this product has been fantastic to use and work with. Really no complaints worth even thinking about other products.

Pros:

Really designed and developed from a perspective of "If this task just did this too, my life would be easier..." Dynamic packages are a snap for all sources. REST custom integrations are a lifesaver. Customer Support is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. This product makes our jobs 1000x easier.

Cons:

Online training videos can be hard to follow. Download for new versions is unnecessarily difficult. Opportunities for additional functionality feels more "stumble on it" than widely socialized. Wish there was a "cool ways customers use the awesome functionality" blog/vlog.

Automation at a price that cannot be beat

Easy to use tools with a price that cannot be beat. We've used CozyRoc for over 10 years it was an integral piece in migrating from On Premise CRM over to Salesforce. Ivan has always been extremely timely and helpful any time we have questions or need support.

Cons:

Not sure I have anything negative to say about the tools provided by CozyRoc. I've tried cloud-based automation tools and it takes 3 sometimes 4 times longer to develop the same solution. Would recommend SSIS with CozyRoc tools any day.

Useful producet Poorly supported and documented.

I have used this product to accomplish tasks not offered by the stand SSIS tools and if you can work out how to use them they are good. However the documentation is very limited and gives few examples of how to use the features. When I contacted support for help on using some of the more advanced features this is the response I got after struggling to get much help from them: Andrew, I have already provided you enough tips. It is now time to get down and dirty ;)

Definitely worth the investment

Overall this has been an amazing tool that we continue to renew our license on every year. Having those extra tools to deploy in our SSIS packages has been amazing!

Pros:

It allows someone like me with minimal knowledge/expertise to deploy jobs to handle complex tasks, negating the need for reminders and manual task completion.

Cons:

I have not had any negative interactions with the tools. It has been rather easy to learn how to use and has so far meet all of my needs. Especially with scheduling jobs that have SFTP transfer needs.

Bought specifically for the Salesforce connectivity, but also use the advanced email, SSH, Excel and file transfer tasks.

Cons:

No real cons to speak of. It was an easy install... only the server needs the yearly updates on license keys, the developer doesn't need to worry about it.

A Business Intelligence Department's Must Have . . .

CozyRoc has been one of the most valuable resources in my career when integrating data from disparate systems. I would not be able to provide nearly the Business Intelligence valued insights that I can without it. In short the return on this investment is remarkable.

CozyRoc truly created an application that is ridiculously easy for any SSIS user to connect to data sources that are not natively supported by SSIS.

Cons:

Sometimes creating connections can be a little tricky and may need a little research. However CozyRoc's support is remarkable—They always respond with the quickness with all the right answers!

The tools and support are fantastic! For the few questions or issues we've had they have been very quick to respond with detailed info.

Pros:

I like that CozyRoc has created and offers the things that Microsoft has not for SSIS like XLSX file connections, Salesforce Connections and better ways to connect to SharePoint.

Cons:

I don't like to rely on third party software, not native components. But CozyRoc has been rock solid for me.
