I think the customer service at CozyRoc is above and beyond the competition. They are super quick to get back on support issues, very accurate on troubleshooting, and a pleasure to work with

Cons:

I wish there was native Snowflake connectivity, but it is probably coming soon.

Love CozyRoc

Sharepoint to SFTP to enhanced WEB Services call.

Pros:

They were years ahead in almost all of their Components from SFTP, Sharepoint to REST Components. Whenever I got stuck in SSIS and looked at their toolkit offering they had something to offer. I have been using this for 10 years. A decade flew by and we have been using their new versions.

Cons:

They have got a lot better with their Website as compared to when we started our Journey.

Useful software, Horrible support with an attitude

Software works as advertised. However, if you have to contact them ('they' might be just one guy, Ivan), be prepared for very limited help and a condescending attitude. I ran into the same problem on two separate occasions, about 1 year apart, so don't think it's isolated. Most recently, a simple request for help to renew licensing was met with this answer: I would recommend you ask your question regarding the licenses you have to the person responsible for maintaining your licenses. When I replied that I am that person and needed help, this was his reply: How is possible you are the person responsible and you are not aware ? Seriously? This is how you treat your customers when they are trying to pay for a renewal? Unbelievable.

Cons:

They need a serious makeover with their customer support. Doing business with a company should be a good experience, not an exercise in futility and belittlement.

Broad and reliable SSIS toolset

My experience has been very positive. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. COZYROC has been more than willing to help us implement their tools in the most reliable, easy, and safest way possible.

What drew me to the product was the EDI source/destination task. Now I didn't need to rely on a 3rd party vendor for what was a simple B2B transaction. However, I've used several of the tasks and each have improved my solutions.

Cons:

The pricing was a bit steep to propose to my management, however, way less expensive than the alternative given we have in-house software/solution development.

Reasons for switching to CozyRoc SSIS+ Components Suite

ZappySys does not have an EDI source/destination and COZYROC does and had an alternative to the other tasks we subscribed to ZappySys for.

Effective tool to connect NetSuite to SSIS

This has been my go-to connection between SSIS and NetSuite for a long time. I started connecting SSIS to NetSuite in 2007 using vb.net code. Once I found CozyRoc it became a key component. I've done crud against almost every entity in NetSuite. I can write CRUD with CozyRoc at least 50% faster than writing vb.net code.

Pros:

The NetSuite source and destination components are easy to understand. The SearchXML feature is a great way to filter the SOAP call. (it is easy to build and easy to read)

Cons:

When writing transactions, one has to separate the transaction lines with an empty row. CozyRoc provides the Query component to automatically setup the empty rows. It is an extra step that other connectors don't have. That said, it is not a big deal. It does not impact performance, so it is almost not worth mentioning.

Reasons for choosing CozyRoc SSIS+ Components Suite

All of the connectors have their own quirks and behaviors. I liked CozyRocs the best. In addition, the SOAP CozyRoc generates on updates is as "skinny" as it can be for efficiency. The support group at CozyRoc is really great to work with.

Pros:

We have been using the CozyRoc SSIS+ library for 4+ years. It is built in to at least 50% of our SSIS jobs - We wouldn't be able to get by without it! But just as important as the functionality is the support that the team provides - They have answered every question I have ever submitted, quickly and friendly. Sometimes they are so quick to respond, I think they are just sitting there waiting for my email! I HIGHLY recommend CozyRoc!

Cons:

Not much to say here. It has accomplished all of our needs.

I use Cozyroc mainly for moving data between legacy systems and Cloud based Platforms like Salesforce. They have a pretty rich suite of tools that are very handy for any SSIS/ETL Developer designed to move data with in the enterprise

Cons:

1) Better documentation and code snippets for features 2) Call back and Error handling for Bulk API

The difference between project success and failure

We have almost 1000 separate external sources to integrate and have complex needs. At a great price, CozyRoc allows us to use components without distracting our developers so they can focus on customer needs. CozyRoc fills in the gaps and head-scratching issues that Microsoft has left behind. For instance, importing Excel using MS drivers will often result in loss of data on columns that have both numbers and text. CozyRoc addresses and solves this problem head on in its tasks where you actually have the ability to define your own metadata.

They need a bit of polish on their phone support, but as far as actual supportiveness I have no qualms whatsoever
