    We're interface between Zendesk & Azure DevOps to simply keep the link between the Zendesk ticket and the DevOps item for reference purposes. Nothing very complex but it's helpful to use the IntegrateCloud app instead of using custom fields

    Create a new ticket and synchronize its status is very easy. Yous just have to choose 3-4 values and you have a ticket with all the content of your FreshDesk Ticket in devops.

    I think the design is a little bit simple and miss some refinements.
