Pros:

What I like most is how easy it is to connect different applications together to do things that otherwise would be impossible. I like that they do not charge for everything such as multiple steps, dates, split text and more.

Cons:

At first was a bit of a learning curve but they have also improved the user interface and experience a lot. Also, they have tons of tutorials on youtube.

Great platform for the automation!

Overall great experience. Zapier is way more expensive than Pabbly.

1. Fair price 2. Good community on Facebook 3. I can integrate almost all the platforms that I need 4. Good amounts of YouTube videos during the learning curve

Cons:

1. No live support (can't blame them). Hopefully, someday they will do that. 2. Bugs (very minimal). All the platforms have bugs so I can't complain as long as they fix them.

Zapier is too expensive. I get pretty much everything from Pabbly at a lower cost.

Pros:

Pabbly Connect does its job efficiently when it comes to automating workflows and integrating different apps. It’s straightforward to use and gets the work done reliably.

Cons:

Inflexible with account management: I needed to change the email address associated with my account since I am closing my business domain, but Pabbly refused to accommodate this request. Their advice? Keep paying for my mail server and domain annually just so no one else can access my account. This is unreasonable and inconvenient, especially for users transitioning domains or closing businesses. The lack of flexibility here makes me question their customer service and concern for their users' needs.

Pabbly Connect is the Best Zapier Alternative

Overall, Pabbly Connect is a great alternative to Zapier because I can automate hundreds of tasks for a fraction of the price.

Pabbly Connect makes it easy for me to automate multiple tasks across my business. By automating repetitive tasks, I have more time to do more important things in my business. It's like having a cheaper, more accurate virtual assistant.

Cons:

Compared to Zapier, Pabbly can be a little more difficult to set up. The UI isn't as intuitive, and building your first automations can be a little confusing. Once you get the hang of it, you'll never look back.

Pricing was better with Pabbly Connect. In the end, you get more features for far better value than many of the alternatives.

Excellent Tool For Complex Integrations

Pabbly Connect is absolutely crucial to my business now. We've been able to solve workflow problems that we've been struggling with for years in just a few weeks. I'm definitely a fan!

Pros:

Pabbly Connect has revolutionized what I could do with the different tools I already have. We now have our CMS connected to our POS system, allowing us to share customer records between the two platforms. For instance, when customers purchase products we're able to update the CMS with the classes of products they buy so we can send them more valuable personal offers rather than a bulk "here's everything we have on sale". I appreciate how quickly I'm able to build out and test integrations. I've found the available free tasks to be fantastic too - I can focus on creating the perfect workflow.

Cons:

The main improvements I'd like to see is a more modular approach to building workflows - I often have to duplicate the exact same steps in multiple places because there's no easy way to do a "goto step 4" or something like that. For example, the "Router" step can easily handle situations like "do this if the input record has the data we're looking for" and "if data missing, look up data". However in both of these situations, the final action will be "Send request to API using XYZ data" - I have to create the "Send request" step under every possible branch of the Router since there's no way to have them all combine back to a common point later. You can work around some of this by creating your own independent webhook and then sending internal API calls from different parts of your workflow, but this is hard to debug and maintain. Not being able to copy tasks from one workflow to another is a major hurdle implementing something like this - you can go ahead and define 20 different attributes you want to send, but then you need to do it again manually on every workflow you want to have call that task.

Pabbly has a more flexible workflow than Zapier. Pricing is far more reasonable too.

Good product but I waiting for more possibility.

My experience is good and positive, but since we miss lots of basic feature, I can't really recommand the tools to my familly, friends, collegue, because they will never leave Zapier and/or Make if basic feature are not available. Personnaly, I love Pabbly, I see the potential who is really crazy, but as entrepreneur, we don't spend our money for potential, we spent it, and invest it to save more time, to get more money, to feel more confortable, and so on.

It is easy to use, sometime so feature and workflow setup are not easy to understand, but at the end, with the forum, I find the solution to implement.

Cons:

We miss lot of basic workflow like when you add a video in Google Drive or Dropbox, this video can be uploaded in YouTube and/or Vimeo with a specific description. Also, we really need a drag and drop feature to move the workflow, it will be so much easier to work with...

Awesome Zapier alternative

Pros:

Thanks to Pabbly Connect I can automate everyday tedious tasks and save a lot of time. Creating a worfklow is very simple: first you choose a trigger that will initiate the automation. You can choose from a variety of integrations. After that, you can add an almost infinite number of actions to be executed after the trigger is fired. The team is really dedicated and new integrations and apps are added almost daily. In addition, the community is listened to very much and their wishes are taken care of, and in the support forum it doesn't even take 24 hours to get a feedback. Never again Zapier!

Cons:

I would like to see the platform become a bit more stable in general, there are still a few small issues here and there. The error messages are usually very short, so I sometimes have to search for a long time to find the error. Small tooltips at the fields would be helpful, so that you know exactly what goes into this field or what values you can put here.

Pabbly Connect is much cheaper than Zapier and when it comes to integrating new (by that I mean really new apps/integrations) I think they are unbeatable.

With pabbly connect, we are able to save many hours which we are earlier doing manually Such reply to google my business reviews which are highly time consumable

Cons:

I have no issue using pabbly connect only thing I would like to request from their team is to regularly provide communication about the new integration or how to integrate different applications through youtube to use the tool more efficiently

Pabbly Connect is just as powerful as Zapier but provides more bang for your buck. And Pabbly Connect has one KILLER feature that Zapier doesn't have... IT'S MOBILE RESPONSIVE! I can log into my Pabbly Connet account from my mobile phone and jump right into any workflow to make changes or even create a new one. I can't express enough how powerful that is!
